Revision

To be honest, I didn't read this chapter at all last night, but I will try to explain it as best as I could.  From just skimming over the pages, I can see it is about editing a paper and multiple drafts. Having more than one draft seems to help the writer have a better paper. The more drafts a writer has, the better the quality his or her paper becomes. They can focus more on who the reader is and clarify what their idea is. Unfortunately, this seems to be a lot of of work. The only time I would have two rough drafts if only the first one really sucked.
